Please be aware that treatment times include intake and homecare recommendations by therapists. If you are a first-time client, extra time is allotted to assess your needs.
Gratuities accepted in the form of cash or check made out to therapist.
A credit card number or gift card is required for all reservations. We abide by our cancellation and "no show" policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us 24 hours in advance for single services and 48 hours in advance for multiple services. Failure to honor our policy will result in a charge to the credit card or forfeit of the gift card for all clients as follows: No show or less than 24 hour cancellation for single service or less than 48 hour cancellation for multiple services: First time, 50% of service fee; thereafter, 100% of service fee.
Please note that gift cards are non-refundable, but can be exchanged for
product or services of equal value. Gift cards expires after 5 years from date of purchase.

Late Arrivals
A late arrival will receive an extension of scheduled service times only if time is permitting. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the full service fee.
Come Early
We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. A spa robe and slippers will be available with 3 or more services, as well as a light refreshment.
Cell Phones and Pagers
Please be considerate of other Spa guests and mute your cell phones and pagers when entering the Spa.
Minors and Children
The spa is reserved for our clients 18 and up. Clients under 18 are welcome for appropriate treatments only if accompanied by a Guardian or with a signed parental consent form. Out of respect for the privacy and relaxation of our guests, please make other arrangements for your children while you are at the spa. Children are not permitted in treatment rooms or waiting area.
Jewelry
We suggest that you arrange care for your valuables prior to your visit with us. You will be given a basket to carry your valuables with you from treatment room to treatment room. However, you will be responsible for your jewelry.
