Arrival: We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that treatment times include intake and homecare recommendations by therapists.
Cell phones: Please be considerate of other spa guests and mute your cell phone and pager when entering our Quiet Zone.
Children 12 and under: Except for therapeutic massage and acne treatments, children under 12 are not permitted in our treatment areas. Please arrange for child care prior to your visit.
Valuables: We suggest that you leave your valuables at home. If you have multiple services, you will be given a robe, spa slippers and a basket to carry your belongings with you from treatment room to treatment room. The spa will not be responsible for your personal items.
Gratuities: You may leave a gratuity for your service provider in an envelope provided at the front desk or you may charge it to your credit card when you check out. Please note that an 18% gratuity will be added to all spa retreat packages.
Late Arrivals: A late arrival will receive an extension of scheduled service time only if time is available. Otherwise, the client will be subject to the full service fee.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy: A credit card number or gift card is required for all reservations. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us 24 hours in advance for single services and 48 hours in advance for multiple services. Failure to honor our policy will result in a charge to the credit card or forfeit of the gift card for all clients as follows: First time, 50% of service fee; thereafter, 100% of service fee.
Gift Cards: Gift Cards can be purchased in the spa or online for any dollar amount. They are valid for five years from the date of purchase and can be used for services, merchandise and gratuities. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
